Microsoft is preparing to release a new logo for the machine search Bing, trying to prove her commitment to service, especially after the impressive growth recorded in the last 12 months.
Bing has gone from being a simple search engine to a stand-alone platform in itself, and it feeds technologies such as Cortana and Siri.
At the same time, it is the default search engine of Windows 10, and serves as the underlying technology for other web-based services, such as AOL.
The new Bing logo will be released about two and a half years after the release of 2013 in September when Microsoft upgraded the search engine to get closer to the look of its other refreshed products.
The recent Bing search engine (2015) has become a fairly profitable business since third-party statistics show that today it feeds more than 20% of searches in the United States.
In the last three months, the search business attributed over 1 $ 2 billion in revenue to Microsoft.
So it's easy to see why the company wants to focus on improving the service.
