What is the difference between the blog and the website or website?

Simply put, all blogs can be sites or part of a site. However, there are sites that can not be named (or contain) blog.
For example, iGuRu.gr is a blog as well as a website. The website contains static content in the form of pages (about, cough) published in non-blog format.
Blogs contain articles organized in categories or in tags. On the other hand, sites use pages organized to view static content.
