Follow the steps below to reopen the app messages on your iPhone:
Ask Siri Assistant to "read unread messages" or English "read unread messages."
Use the digital assistant Siri to answer the malicious message. After your reply, you'll be able to open the Messages app again.
From the Messages app, tap on the left to delete the entire message. Or, touch and hold the malicious message, tap More and delete the message from your message list.
