Ο envelope Program Files is one of the most important directories of Windows. It is usually located on the system tray and serves as the default installation location for all software. This means that Microsoft is recommended to use this folder to save your installed applications. 
In the latest versions of Windows, the Program Files folder is copyrighted access και έτσι ώστε μόνο οι διαχειριστές με αυξημένα δικαιώματα μπορούν να γράψουν στον φάκελο. Note that you can always change the location where it will be installed software, as all software installers have this option. We don't recommend changing the default Windows folder unless you know exactly what you're doing. Microsoft does not officially support the below method.
Use one bootable media (USB or DVD) to boot your computer (You may need to change the BIOS options to boot from USB).
When the "Install Windows" screen appears, press Shift + F10 together.
A command-line window opens.
Type notepad and press Enter. Do not close the command-line window.
When Notepad opens, from the menu follow the path File / Open. Do click in “This PC” in the left part of the window that opened to see your computer's disks. Note which disk contains the Window (there is the Program Files folder). In the figure below, it is a disk D.
Close the window, and then close Notepad and type the following command at the command prompt:
xcopy "D: \ Program Files" "E: \ Program Files" / e / i / h / s / k / p
Disk E: is the desired new location for the Program Files folder.
Delete the \ Program Files folder from C.
Create a symbolic link from the new D folder to the new Program Files folder:
mkink / D "D: \ Program Files" "E: \ Program Files"
Now you can restart your computer and start using it Window normally. I would like to warn you once again, that this tweak can lead to unexpected behavior of your operating system. Proceed only if you know exactly what you are doing.
