According report by the Ministry of Justice of the United States of America, the Chinese businessman Su Bin, 50, faces a maximum five-year sentence for the charge that along with two other people from China hacking to companies dealing with US military equipment, including Boeing, to acquire sensitive military information and to sell them illegally.
According to the government announcement, Su started working from 2008 targeting US companies. 2010 sent an e-mail file to an anonymous person in China, which contained information about Boeing's C-17 military aircraft.
Su also helped his teammates decide who employees of the company to target, and translated documents from English into Chinese.
Su was initially arrested in Canada and later extradited to the US.
