Investigators from security company ESET noticed that hackers encrypted the ransomware key. So after a bit of searching in the code, the researchers were able to discover the key. So to remove the malicious application, just enter the number: 4865083501.
It remains unclear how users were infected by the malicious Coronavirus Tracker app, but the company DomainTool, which first uncovered it, says that particular campaign does not appear to have spread widely. Anyway, the above number will be very useful to some.
