From the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office, a court case was filed against 59hronian, pornography for minors, seduction of a minor and violations of personal data legislation. 
From the Electronic Crime Prosecution Division, a case of child pornography was solved, infringementof personal data and seduction of a minor and a case was filed against a 59-year-old citizen.
In particular, the case was investigated following a complaint filed with the Electronic Crime Division, according to which 59 is harassing minors after taking them to his home while photographing and filming them. In addition, according to the complaint, 59 also had a sexual relationship with a minor, aged fifteen (15) years.
The complaints were brought to the attention of the Prosecutor's Office of First Instance of Patras and an order was issued to investigate the specific case.
Police officers of the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, with the assistance of police officers from Subaddress Police of Patras and in the presence of a Judicial Officer, conducted a search at the 59-year-old's home, during which a number of photographs of the minor were found, which they were not pornographic material for minors, and in addition they were found and confiscated:

two (2) hard drives,

three (3) cell phones τηλέφωνα με τις κάρτες SIM τους,

one (1) USB storage and storage device

two (2) storage cards.
The seized digital testimonies were sent to the Criminal Investigation Division for the necessary laboratory examinations.
Since the exploration of digital testimonies, no pornography material for minors was found, a number of short messages (SMS) of a mobile phone to the minor were found, many of which with erotic content.
The file that was filed against 59 chronos was submitted to the Prosecutor's Office of the Patrons for the Laws.
