The Directorate for the Prosecution of Electronic Crime filed a case file against a 27-year-old citizen for Mission threatening message, through it Facebook
From the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office a case file was created for a case of posting a message on a social networking site, where threats against people in the prefecture of Ilia were mentioned.
A case was filed against 27hronius, who was identified as the administrator and holder of the social networking profile through which the suspension had taken place.
As a result, through the Facebook page and specifically through the "personal profile" he managed, he sent a "group page" of this website, a threatening message to firefighters and police officers who served or serve in the services of the prefecture of Ilia.
In order to clarify the case, the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate immediately contacted the company and after a thorough digital research ταυτοποίησε τη διαδικτυακή σύνδεση, που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για την αποστολή του μηνύματος και η οποία, όπως διαπιστώθηκε, προερχόταν από Ίντερνετ – brown.
A team of police officers from the Electronic Crime Prosecution went yesterday (07.09.2014) in the morning to region of Ilia, where he identified the 27-year-old perpetrator, who admitted to sending the disputed message, but claimed that he had no intention of carrying out the threats.
The case file for the case will be submitted to the competent Athens Public Prosecutor's Office.
