Google just announced via to its users Google+ that they can have a custom URL, easy to memorize. Google Plus

So your friends who know your name will be able to easily discover your Google+ profile (like google.com/+LarryPage).

Beware, the Google will ask you for a phone number to confirm it .

Important: You can not change the custom address again URL after you create it. So be sure to be sure you like it before completing the process.
