From the Hellenic Police's Electronic Crime Prosecution Division, a case involving child pornography and personal data violation was conducted through the internet, while a case filed against a 16hronian was filed.
In particular, this case has been investigated following recent complaints by three underage girls (14, 15 and 15) who went to the Electronic Crime Prosecution Division in person.
According to the complaint, an unknown person had created a page on "Facebook”, in which there were obscene pictures of underage girls, including pictures of the girls who reported the incident.
The competent prosecuting authorities were informed of the above and it was ordered thatenergy προκαταρκτικής εξέτασης. On 21.11.2014, police officers of the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate conducted a search at his home, during which they found and confiscated two (2) internal sclerae discs, which will be sent to forensic laboratories for the necessary tests.
From the on-the-spot check, she was found to use a fake female profile on the page she had created on Facebook, while both the profile and the page had been disabled.
A case file of a regular procedure was filed with the competent Prosecutor's Office.
