Debian 9.5: Available the fifth point release of Stretch

The Debian Development Team has released the fifth point release of Debian 9. In the new Debian 9.5, all the latest patches are included.

So if you have already installed Debian 9 then you do not have to download any of the new ISO, just update your system.Debian 9

In their announcement, the Debian project he says:

The Debian project is pleased to announce the fourth update of the Debian 9 fixed distribution (codenamed stretch). The point release mainly adds security fixes, along with some tweaks to serious issues. The security patches have already been published separately. ”

Some remarkable packages that have bug fixes included in this release are: anti-virus clamav, cups software and debian-installer that comes with a slightly newer kernel. The flatpak packet system has also been updated in a newer version.
