The digital channel Disney + is coming to your screens on November 12 and is expected to cost $6,99 per month.
The Walt Disney Co. revealed yesterday date έναρξης της νέας ψηφιακής τηλεοπτικής platforms (just like Netfix) under the name Disney +, will launch on November 12 and the monthly subscription is expected to reach $6,99.
Η service will offer to fans of all ages entertaining shows featuring material from well-known genre companies including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic, and will be available on connected TVs and mobile devices.
WaltDisney, at yesterday's event at Californian Burbank, also reportedly estimates that Disney + will lose up to $ 1 billion in 2020, and will be running at a loss from 2020 to 2022, before the expected profitability of 2024. And apparently, the company is willing to lose all this money by launching a war with Netflix (and with all other competitors) until it is established with a good number of subscribers.
Netflix has a world of more than 139 million customers worldwide, but spends billions every year to produce original content, so price increases are reasonably expected.
