The company also promotes with ads on Microsoft 365 subscriptions using a banner on File exploration, but also Outlook mobile in Windows Mail.
It seems that ads in Microsoft Edge have been rolled out gradually. The new banners do not appear on some computers, but they are already there. We see them in the Stable and Dev versions of the browser, but not in the versions from channel Canary. However, other users report seeing banners in Edge Canary as well.
