The Electronic Frontier Foundation has just released Privacy Badger a add-on for browser which will help you block the spying efforts of advertisers and other trackers.
The EFF just released the fixed version of the add-on, Privacy Badger to “put an end to non-consensual browser tracking.”
“We like Disconnect, AdBlock Plus, Ghostery and the like productτα,” αναφέρουν, σημειώνοντας ότι το add-on Privacy Badger βασίζεται σε κώδικα ABP, και κανένα από αυτά τα add-ons δεν είναι κατάλληλο για την EFF καθώς δεν έχουν όλοι οι χρήστες την ικανότητα να τα ρυθμίσουν σωστά, ούτως ώστε να εμποδίζουν όλους τους trackers.
With the Addiction Primer Badger, EFF intends to develop a code that will be embedded in other extensions, or by browsers, to enhance the privacy of Internet users.
Prrivacy Badger will block requests from servers that track users through the identification of cookies, super cookies, and canvas fingerprinting.
Canvas fingerprinting even caused a stir in 2014, when researchers from Princeton University on USA published a survey entitled "The Web Never Forgets" or "The Web Never Forgets" (PDF).
Please note that the Alpha version of Privacy Badger was released last May.
