There is an app for mobile phones iPhone, with the name Everyday and makes the following simple: it reminds you to take a selfie every day at the same time and then merges all the images into one video, so you'll be able to see how you change over time, whether in appearance or mood.
All you need to do is get your first selfie. You will be asked to pose at a certain distance so that the basic elements of your face (your eyes, nose and mouth) fall down to the same point to make the subsequent video consistent. After the first photo, all you have to do is set a reminder for the time of day that you will get your next self-portrait.
You also have the option to set the alerts not necessarily at the same time. If you like it challenging or if you want to mix it up a bit, you can receive the reminders when you are in a specific location of your choice or randomly at some other point during the day.
Once you have a decent set of selfies, the application will combine them into a timelapse with your face.
