This year, however, his mother decided that something had to change, so for Colin's 11th birthday he rejected the classical tactics of sending invitations to school children. Instead, created a Facebook page where people from around the world could send him positive thoughts and encouraging messages.
Specifically, ανέβασε τη σελίδα "Happy Birthday Colin" και αυτή κυριολεκτικά "απογειώθηκε". The best in this story is that Colin himself did not have the slightest idea of this initiative until 9 March, when it was his birthday.
Indeed, after a mess of messages and prompts, Colin's mother decided to post their mailing address, in which those who wished could send greeting cards. Something tells us Colin celebrated the happiest birthdays of his life!
