Facebook "Find Wi-Fi" available for everyone

Facebook Find Wi-Fi: Last year, Facebook started testing one which made it easy to find public Wi-Fi networks around you. It was only available on iOS devices and only in select regions.

Today Facebook is rolling out the feature to everyone in front of the company's mobile apps. Just tap the 'More' tab and then select 'Find Wi-Fi'. You will see all nearby Wi-Fi locations in a list or on a map. In addition to the wireless connections, you will also find information about the companies that host them.

The new feature of Facebook, Find Wi-Fi will be very useful to you at all times, and especially if you are traveling abroad and do not have a data connection. There's often Wi-Fi somewhere around you, but getting a consistent signal can be a problem especially if you don't know where it's coming from. .

Similarly, the feature is very useful if you use a limited data packet and try to use Wi-Fi as much as possible to avoid paying additional fees.

Please note that the social network tool only displays the Wi-Fi where businesses have chosen to share their information with Facebook, so you probably won't find all possible connections through the new service.

Be aware of what information is publicly shared:

Also note that Facebook will enable the Location History service if you turn on Find Wi-Fi, which keeps a history of all the places you've visited.

At the moment, though I checked my device, the new feature does not seem to be available in Greece despite Facebook's announcement mentions its availability at a global level. The device is an updated iPhone of the social network.

Who knows can see the new feature later.

So waiting….
