2018 was not a good year for Facebook, since after the company's mistakes, there is no longer any doubt that there is no user privacy.
The latest bug announced by Facebook exposed the photos millions of users of the social network to third-party applications.
Facebook recently revealed leaked photos that normally weren't allowed access. Below we will see how you can check if your photos have been exposed.

If your photos have been exposed to third-party apps, the above page will let you know. But if you read the instructions you will not find them very encouraging.
If your photos have leaked Facebook says:
"The problem we fixed is how applications use our API to access your calendar photos after you grant them the appropriate permissions. Not related to the privacy settings of the publications. We apologize for what happened. We will ask developers to delete the photos. "After that, developers will be able to access all the photos that should normally have been shared with them."
But who can guarantee that the photos that have leaked will be deleted by the developers who have them?
Of course as with any other infringement security on Facebook, you should check which apps have access to your account and what information they have access to. Do you really need all the apps that come with your account?
Remove all the ones you don't need, or don't usesth.

When you allow an application to have access to your photos, you just have to worry about it, not just a bug that looked at it and some other pictures that went up or down.
