In the last hours Facebook has been filled with malicious messages, showing supposedly inappropriate videos to lure more people users to open them.
The messages come with posts in the timelines of unsuspecting users whose name has been added to the malicious post. It all starts with a user who is already infected and spreads as more and more people try to see the "inappropriate" videos, which of course do not exist.
If someone tries to watch the video, scammers will take him to a website that is supposed to look like YouTube.
If someone clicks Play, the video will not start but will be prompted to install a missing file to display the video in question.
If he makes the installation, the malicious software will spread to his computer, and he will start making publications with the victim's account.
In each post it will add tags from 19 people so that they see it as much as possible.
If you see any message on your "wall" do not click in the link it contains.
If you already did, unplug the Internet and scan your computer with a trusted and up-to-date antivirus.
If you log in and the problem continues, test the host file through Windows system32, because the malware has probably changed it.
