There are many things that can be done through it Facebook, but what you will read below is an unprecedented case.
A woman from Brooklyn took leave from a court να αποστείλει τα χαρτιά του διαζυγίου της online, χρησιμοποιώντας το μεγαλύτερο κοινωνικό δίκτυο.
It may sound a little strange at first, but there seems to be no other way for the woman to come in contact with her husband, as the New York Daily News. They had communicated only a few times and mostly using their messaging system Facebook.
The couple married 2009, but has never lived together because of a misunderstanding. The husband, Victor Sena Blood-Dzraku, refused to take part in a traditional wedding ceremony in Ghana, and that was the reason for their alienation. They never lived under the same roof, and broke up immediately after their marriage.
So, because Victor was virtually impossible to locate, since he had no permanent residence but refused to meet his wife many times to sign the papers of divorce, the judge had no choice but to comply with his wife's request. And his wife had asked to send the papers of divorce through Facebook.
Before agreeing to this request, the court was satisfied that this particular Facebok account actually belonged to the spouse and was active on the social network.
It seems that this couple will probably open the way for many others in similar situations. Do you say in the future that the social networking platform used by the public service will be so established?
Imagine clearing through Facebook….
