1. Hennessey Venom GT (270,49 mph)
The Hennessey Venom GT is the first in our list, with a proven 270,49 mileage per hour. Its engine is 1.244-hp 7.0-liter twin-turbo V8 and gives it enough power for so high speeds. According to Guinness World Records, Venom GT is not considered the fastest car in the world.
Bugatti holds the world record for the fastest car with Veyron Super Sport (the second car on our list) at 269,86 miles / hour.
The Venom GT, however, reached the speed of 270,49 miles / hour at the Kennedy Space Center in one-way traffic (NASA did not allow the move in the opposite direction). However, to break the Guinness World Record, two routes are required in both directions to offset the wind conditions. So the Veyron Super Sport still has the title of the fastest car in the world.
