Facebook released one of its own today σελίδα, which he named FBTechwire. The page will feature technology news, discussions and other real-time events for social network users.

The move is clearly an attempt to compete with Twitter, which has become known for the immediacy of breaking a news story, making micro-blogging network a valuable tool for journalists.
FB Techwire's release follows the introduction of FB Newswire in April of this year.
