The first information about its development Firefox for the iOS platform appeared in late 2014. Today the official account InVision of the Mozilla Foundation, published photos that show Firefox running on iOS.
Growth is not easy due to Apple's limitations on iOS, one of the most locked operating systems, but Firefox's developers seem to have overcome most of the obstacles they faced and have reached a fairly advanced stage of development.
As you can see from the images below, the team plans to cover most of the browser's basic features, with support for multi-tab environments, with page preview tiles, a favicon grid, bookmark sections, an easy way to explore browser history and of course a configuration screen.
Users will be able to sign in to their Firefox account, sync their bookmarks, manage Privacy Settings, and the language options.
If you like the original Firefox application for iOS, developers are warning you from the README file
A very early version of the app is available at GitHub. It is written in Objective-C and Swift, and requires Xcode 6.4 or later.
