H Fosscomm is organized by the Greek communities of Free and Open Software in a different city each year, and communities, developers and companies involved in Open Technologies participate in it. Every year, Fosscommm has more than one 500 participant. A total of 7 Fosscomm conferences have been organized so far, starting at 2008 in Athens, Larissa, Thessaloniki, Patras, Serres, Athens and Lamia respectively.
This year Fosscοmm will be held at 7-8 November at TEI of Athens and will include over 50 speeches and 15 workshops on topics Open Software, Open content, Open data, Open Technologies, Open Design and Open licenses.
