Google has just launched a website with information and resources to better understand the coronavirus outbreak. You can see it at goοgle.com / covid19.
The site currently caters to visitors residing in the US, but content for more countries and languages will be added soon (the Spanish version of the site will be next, according to The Verge.)
Google site includes disease information, links to advisory material healths from the World Health Organization and to public health departments for each US state, tips better safetys, facts about the spread of coronavirus around the world, ideas for a good life and work as well as a σελίδα of donations supported by the United Nations Foundation for the World Health Organization's COVID-19 Solidarity Fund.
Google also reports information about appearance in search results related to the disease, as well as links to Twitter accounts of local political organizations and various health authorities.
President Trump announced last week that Google has launched a website to help people in the United States find test sites. But a subsidiary of Alphabet, which created the site, currently only serves people living in two California counties.
There is a lot you can read on the Google site, but if you need more, there is another portal launched by WhatsApp, as well as various other dashboards to monitor the spread of the virus, such as created by Microsoft.
