The head of her Google, Eric Schmidt openly expressed outrage at the actions of the US National Security Agency, saying it would be "outrageous" if the NSA had indeed breached the centres data of his company.
"The actions that the service wants to take and is taking violate people's privacy and it is not okay," he said. Schmidt in Wall Street Journal in an interview he gave during his trip to Hong Kong. He also stressed that it is very "bad public policy" if the NSA actually collects metadata from the phones of 320 million people to monitor 300 people.
Google has already filed complaints against the NSA's actions, as well as against their President USA Barack Obama as well as several members of Congress.
