Η Microsoft έχει διαφημίσει ιδιαίτερα τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια και μέχρι σήμερα το Office 365, και έχει κερδίσει ένα μεγάλο μέρος της αγοράς στην Document processing. THE Google on the other hand it wants to enter the game and makes dynamic commercial policy moves, targeting existing Microsoft customers with special offers.

The SFGate reports that a new Google document-based advertising campaign offers companies and governments that are currently using Office 365 the opportunity to transfer to it without paying a single euro until their registration with Microsoft.

That is, if your company has a contract for the for two more years, then you can move to Google for Work without paying anything for the next 24 months. Then you can negotiate special promotions that Google plans to have, keeping at least the same price as Microsoft Office 365.

For now, Goggle's new offer is limited to the United States and will last for six months, but according to the above-mentioned source, the company plans to bring it to other countries in the coming weeks.

However, keep in mind that if your company (or organization) has more than 3.000 , you won't be able to take advantage of the above offer (obviously not in Google's favor) but even so, you can surely with so many group users make a good deal with it since it is estimated that Google will reduce your costs by $ 360.000 (320.000 euros ) per year if a company with 3.000 employees switches from Office 365 to its own .

Obviously, Microsoft will not be left with all of this aggressive Google policy, and so we expect to see a counter-offer soon.
