The founder of Pirate Bay Gottfried Svartholm, is free after a three-year prison sentence for offences hacking and violations of copyright law.
His release marked the end of his adventure, including appeals and convictions in both Sweden and Denmark.
Gottfrid Svartholm, also known as anakata, is one of the founding members of The Pirate Bay and has been instrumental in duration of the first years of operation of the site.
Over the past three years, she has been sentenced to prison in Sweden and Denmark for many offenses.
At the moment, Gottfrid and his family prefer not to make public statements, which is perfectly understandable taking into account everything that has happened.
