Investigation of the case started after an accusation, which was submitted to the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office, the Director of the School, attended by minors
A case file was formed procedureς against a 15-year-old minor for challenge damage with continuous harsh behavior
Police Cybercrime Enforcement Division of the Greek Police Cyberbullying Case Cyberbullying at the expense of two underage girls; and a routine trial was filed against 15-old minor, causing damage with continued tough behavior.
In particular, investigation of the case began after cyberbullying cyberbullying, submitted to the Directorate for the Prosecution of Electronic Crime, from the School's Directorate, against unknown perpetrators.
According to the complaint, an unknown assailant via e-mail, repeatedly sent a number of messages with online bullying content, through an online application, to minor female students of the School.
The above complaints were brought to the attention of the Athens District Attorney's Office and for the full investigation of the case a preliminary examination was ordered by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Division.
As part of the preliminary examination, a thorough and thorough police investigation of the digital evidence was carried out and data as well as communication with the responsible managing company, internet service provider, from where the involvement and identification of a 15-year-old student of the same School as the perpetrator of the case arose.
The phone that he used to send the messages was sent to the CEO. for laboratory examination. The case file was submitted to the competent prosecution authority.
