The Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office filed a case file against 31hronik for a privacy violation.
In particular, the case was investigated following a complaint by a company operating in the area of internet, computer and advertising services in an area of Attica for "industrial espionage" at its expense.
According to the complaint, a 31-year-old citizen, who previously worked for this company, had embezzled - intercepted almost all of the classified confidential information and data in which he had obtained access, in the context of his duties.

In more detail, the management of the disputed electronic account was clarified post officey, through which corporate e-mail, data and confidential information of the company was intercepted. Also, elements related to the hosting area were identified, where, according to the company's complaints, its confidential files and data were stored.
In total, eleven (11) computer hard drives, three (3) storage and interface portable (USB) storage portables, an external computer hard disk and printed matter related to the case under investigation
The Regular Proceedings filed will be submitted to the Attorney of the First Instance of Athens.
