From the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office, 09.05.2014 was arrested today (25) in the morning, in the context of the self-imposed trial, a XNUMX-old native, who has filed a suitcase for pornography of minors.
In the context of targeted online researchs carried out in the previous period by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate in a special file exchange program, with the aim of finding users who possessed and had suitable for sharing child pornography material, the electronic traces of the 25-year-old citizen were identified.
In particular, it emerged that the 25-year-old was the administrator of a specific profile-account in the aforementioned file-sharing program, in which three electronic files with archives child pornography videos, which he distributed to internet users.
The case was reported to the competent prosecutorial authorities, who issued a decree on the removal of the secrecy of communications and in cooperation with the internet service company, the details of the arrested person emerged.
In a survey conducted at 25rono's home in Attica, in the presence of a Prosecutor, files (video and photos) of child pornography were stored on his laptop computer.
In addition, the file exchange program was found to be the manager of the account-profile in question.
The computer was confiscated and sent to the Criminal Laboratories for further examination.
The arrested person, with the file that was filed against him, was brought to the competent Prosecutor's Office.
