In the context of a targeted online survey conducted by the Electronic Crime Division on a special file exchange program aimed at finding users who owned and had child pornography sharing resources, the electronic traces of 25hronik were detected.
Specifically, 25 had emerged as a manager of a specific account-profile in the aforementioned file-sharing program, which found three electronic folders with child pornography video files that they shared with internet users.
The case was informed by the competent Prosecutor's Offices, which issued a bill to remove the confidentiality of communications and in cooperation with the internet service company, the data of the arrested person emerged.
In a survey conducted at 25rono's home in Attica, in the presence of a Prosecutor, files (video and photos) of child pornography were stored on his laptop computer.
In addition, the file exchange program was found to be the manager of the account-profile in question.
The computer was confiscated and sent to the Criminal Laboratories for further examination.
