The Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate filed a case file against 47hronian who traded through the Facebook, university and diplomatic work
From the Electronic Crime Prosecution Department, a case file was filed against 47hronian, for the offense of direct synergy in a false referral to the Authority.
In particular, the social networking site "Facebook" identified a profile through which its managers undertook the elaboration and editing of university work for a fee. According to the profile, the managers had set up a web site where the writing of university papers was carried out during the semesters, as well as diploma and postgraduate diploma theses for various degrees.
The above were brought to the attention of the Prosecutor's Office of Athens and an order was issued for a preliminary examination.
The digital analysis conducted by the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office revealed that 47 was a trustee, while a search made at his home found and confiscated:

two (2) deposit books and three (3) pages with bank account transactions, with 47 chronology,
-
internal hard drive,
-
booklet with handwritten notes and prints.
In addition, in the field research on his computer, there were saved spreadsheets (excel), which showed that he was working with at least one hundred and eight (108) people, whom he used as authors of the work.
Additionally, it was found that they had expressed interest in the development of university, diploma and postgraduate diploma theses, which were received by two hundred (200) people, while the profit and the "clientele" would result from the further analysis of the digital testimonies.

The seized digital testimonies will be sent to the Criminal Investigation Division for laboratory examination.
The preliminary material, including the nominal list of students who have purchased their diploma thesis and the authors of these papers, will be submitted to the Athens Prosecutor's Office.
