Hacked Premera Blue Cross leaked 11 million bills

Premera said her customer names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, social security numbers, medical information, and bank account details may have leaked from an attack in May of 2014.

However, company investigations have not shown that any of this data has been taken down from their premises or has been misused to date. According to Premera, they are currently examining the matter further in cooperation with the security company MANDIANT, as well as the FBI.

Premera discovered the violation on January 29, just before Anthem's hack, from which about 80 million members and employees accounts leaked along with their personal information. This hack was one of the biggest in history.

Attackers are affected by the attack Premera Blue Cross, Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield Alaska, and its affiliates Vivacity and Connexion Insurance Solutions as reported by TNW.

There is no official announcement on the part of the hackers, so it is not yet known who or who hacked. Journalist and security researcher Brian Krebs, however, said he is most likely to be behind the hack Chinese state group hacking known as "Deep Panda."
