HP introduced her new Ultrabook Folio 1020 intended to compete with Apple and the MacBook Air in the ultraportable category laptops.
The HP Elitebook Folio 1020 is a minute laptop with screen 12,5 inch, processor Core M and 8GB RAM with storage being taken over SSD to 128GB. The autonomy it reaches them 9 hours, while choice of Intel Core M was done because this particular processor has minimal thermal emissions, making it suitable for such a thin laptop (its thickness does not exceed 16 millimeters), since it does not need fans to cool it.
The basic version of HP Elitebook Folio 1020 he's got touch 12,5 inch 1080p resolution and construction from aluminum.
The second and better version will be made by carbon fiber and magnesium-lithium alloy, with the same processor and memory, storage space up to 256GB, while the 12,5 inch screen will have QHD analysis (2560 x 1440 pixels), but not touch.
All versions have fingerprint sensor and his weight will not exceed them 1,2 Kg., while covering military specifications (MIL-STD-810G) in terms of safety from falls and vibrations.
Finally, the functional will be Windows 8.1, while it is expected to be in the early months of 2015 without knowing anything about the price.
