Two-factor authentication on iCloud

After the big picture leak of last month's photos, Apple triggered a two-factor authentication process to access iCloud.

The two-factor authentication process requires the entry of an additional four-digit password that is dynamically generated and sent to a user's trusted device outside of the usual password.

Η Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), announced on the website that two-factor authentication aims at preventing a violation of iClud accounts.
Once a user is confirmed, they can access their iClud data that will remain unlocked to close the browser window or disconnect from their account.

In a message to them The Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), said that if you use iCloud with any τρίτων, όπως το Microsoft Outlook ή το Mozilla , θα μπορούσαν να δημιουργήσουν ειδικούς κωδικούς για τις εφαρμογές που θα επιτρέπουν στο χρήστη να συνδεθεί με ασφάλεια, ακόμη και αν η εφαρμογή δεν υποστηρίζει την two factors.

The company reported that 2 agent passwords will be required by 1 in October.
