ImageMagick freeware allows you to create, edit, compose or convert bitmap images.
Can read and write images in various formats (over 200) such as PNG, JPEG, GIF, HEIC, TIFF, DPX, EXR, WebP, PostScript, PDF and SVG. 
Use it application ImageMagick to easily resize, flip, replace, rotate, warp, crop, transform, adjust Colourto apply various special effects or draw text, lines, polygons, ellipses and Bézier curves on an image.
