In the context of 6 Infocom Security which will take place in Athens on April 6 & 7 at the Divani Caravel Hotel, SecNews is hosting the groundbreaking EthiHak competition where participants will practice their skills in Live hacking!

For the first time in Greece, the contestants, using their hacking skills, will have to evaluate the security of information systems and infrastructures, against live targets!

The purpose of EthiHak is to enable participants to practice their tools to the fullest s against a real target and not a made up scenario! At the same time, through the process, the attendees will be informed about modern threats, security gaps and ways that the most powerful hackers use to bypass security systems.

Of course EthiHak will reward with big cash prizes the best ethical hackers, which will be announced soon by our site as well as by its website InfocomSecurity. Those who do not have the opportunity to attend the competition will be able to participate from their place remotely. In this case, however, the degree of difficulty will be increased, which is why we do NOT recommend it

We inform the stakeholders that although there will be a lab in the conference venue to conduct Ethihak, because the available computers will be few for the number of participants, it is advisable for each competitor to bring his own computer system for his participation in the competition.

The SecNews  from the live competition EthiHak, will focus on Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security presenting for the first time in our country lecture modules by recognized security researchers and White Hat Hackers, new attack methodologies, new and specialized hacking tools!
