Intel quietly put the free Android app over the weekend. The new app lets you use your phone as a keyboard as well as a trackpad for your computer.
The Intel Remote Keyboard app is designed for use on mini PCs that are about the size of a tablets and they don't come with peripherals.
This does not mean you can not use it on any PC.
The application is reported to work flawlessly on any system running Windows 7 or 8.
Just install the app on your Android device, install the necessary software on your computer, and you're ready.
When your devices are on the same network Wi-Fi, the Intel Remote Keyboard app will automatically detect your computer.
