Intel supports wireless technologies and invests in Skylake architecture

Following the introduction of the new processor for ultra - portable laptops, Intel revealed in 2014 the platform that will replace them Broadwell processors.

According to the company, the Broadwell platform will be replaced by the series Skylake, with emphasis on wireless technology.

As vice president of Kirk Skaugen revealed, Intel's vision is to remove the cables.

Initially, via a network WiGig which achieves speeds up to 7Gbps for wireless and secondly with wireless connection to a power source, Intel is turning technology into a new direction.

As far as wireless charging is concerned, Intel has started a partnership with Microsoft Skaugen, a company that has developed it Resences, a charging technology derived from it magnetism, as you can see in the video below.
