The Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office has filed a case file against 29hronik for pornography of minors through the Internet.
29man exorcised a minor to upload photos of obscene content on the Internet, which he had sent through their conversations on a well-known social networking page
From the Electronic Crime Prosecution Division, with the assistance of police officers of the Electronic Crime Division of Northern Greece, an investigation was conducted and a case file was filed against 29hronian in Thessaloniki, for pornography of minors, via the Internet.
In particular, a national complained to the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office that her daughter 14 was chatting with a specific person through her profile on a well-known social networking page and sent shameful photos of her. According to the complaint, this person repeatedly asked the child to send him more photographic material, by forcing her to otherwise upload the photos he was already in possession of on his personal page on the social networking site.
For the above, the Athens Prosecutor's Office was informed and a bill was issued by the Athens Municipal Council for the elimination of the confidentiality of communications.
A specialized police investigation followed on the Internet and, in cooperation with the relevant social networking company, the electronic traces of the perpetrator and the data which he had stated, which corresponded to the above accused.
Yesterday morning (21-08-2015), a team of police officers carried out an investigation at home of the 29-year-old. From the on-site check on a computer owned by him, his involvement in the alleged acts was identified and the connection to the online account in question and his visit to the minor's profile were established.
During the investigation, the digital evidence was found and seized, and in particular, two (2) hard ones discs and one (1) mobile phone, smartphone type, with one SIM card and one microSD storage card, the contents of which are being investigated.
The case file will be submitted to the Prosecutor's Office of Athens.
