The Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate filed a case file against 40hronus for threats, mistreatment, defamation, slanderous defamation, and personal data violations through mobile telephony and the Internet.
The Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate has filed a case file against 40hronik, for threats, mistreatment, defamation, slanderous defamation, and violations of personal data, through mobile telephony and Internet.
In particular, the investigation of the case began after a complaint by a citizen to the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, according to which the 40-year-old possessed photos and video footage of their private moments which he had recorded without her knowledge.
Some of the material had sent it with slanderous and threatening messages via mobile phone and Internet in her, as well as in her familiar faces. In addition, 40 had informed her that she had personal photos of her minor daughter.
The Lefkada First Instance Prosecutor's Office was informed of the above and a preliminary investigation was ordered, in the context of which a thorough police and digital - online investigation was carried out research of the digital elements and data of the case. The result of the investigation was the identification of the 40-year-old as the sender of the disputed messages.
On 14-08-2015 in the morning, police officers of the Electronic Crime Prosecution Department carried out a search at the home of the 40-year-old in the area of Etoloakarnania, in the presence of a Judicial Officer, where they found and seized an internal hard drive, portable computer and mobile phone, while part of the material possessed by the 40-year-old was identified.
Seized will be sent to the Criminal Investigation Division for appropriate laboratory tests.
The file that has been filed will be submitted to the Prosecutor's Office of Lefkada.
