In particular, the investigation of the case began after a local complaint to the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, according to which the 40-year-old possessed photographs and video material with their private moments which he had recorded without her knowledge.
Some of the material had sent it with slanderous and threatening messages via mobile phone and Internet in her, as well as in her familiar faces. In addition, 40 had informed her that she had personal photos of her minor daughter.
