The arrested man possessed a multitude files hard child pornography
From the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, a court case file was filed, against 31hronik, for pornographic minors via the Internet.
In particular, the Electronic Crime Investigation Directorate was informed by Interpol that Internet users via IP addresses in our country owned and distributed three (3) hard child pornographic material.
For the above, the Athens Prosecutor's Office was informed and, following the publication of a notice on the privacy of the communications, via the Internet, the data was identified and the action of 31 chronology was verified.
In an investigation carried out yesterday (09-07-2014) at his home in Kefalonia, in the presence of a judicial official, they found a hard drive PC and one (1) portable H/Y in which, after an on-site inspection, numerous files of child pornography material were found.
Seized evidence will be sent to the Criminal Investigation Division for laboratory tests.
The arrested person in the case filed to him will be brought to the Prosecutor's Office of Athens.
