If you use Internet Explorer, change your browser immediately. The HP Zero-Day Initiative Security Unit (ZDI) has just released four critical zero-day vulnerabilities (ZDI-15-359, 360, 361 and 362).
HP's ZDI security division has a policy stating that researchers must notify vendors when they discover vulnerabilities in their product, but give them 120 days to fix the errorthe.
Αν δεν τα διορθώσουν, δημοσιεύσουν τα zero-day στο διαδίκτυο, με στόχο την κινητοποίηση της εταιρείας που αδιαφορεί για την protection of the public.
According to the information reported by the ZDI department, all vulnerabilities points allow remote implementation code and attackers could gain the same privileges as logged in users.
What is very important to know is that attackers will have to convince you to click one malicious link. If you don't you will be completely safe.
In some cases, however, they could use other scripts and tricks to make you click on the link.
So security experts recommend that you stop using Internet Explorer directly until Microsoft fixes the security flaws.
