How can you get a replacement for your iPhone? There are many ways to complain to someone company. Some are acceptable and harmless and some are not. Certainly the way used by 26-year-old Shinobia Montoria Wright resident of Palm Springs, Florida was not so subtle.
Wright tried to replace a cracked screen on her iPhone, from the nearest T-Mobile store. It was as she mentioned her birthday and would not go out unless she was getting a new device.
Unfortunately, her argument had little impact on T-Mobile Store, who refused Wright's request (replacing the iPhone's old one), who reported that the girl seemed to be under the influence of a substance.
Unable to take the rejection, the girl took her car (a Nissan Armada SUV) and drove into the store, causing $30.000 in damage. She then got out of the vehicle, and using a heavy object she took from her car, began to smash everything around her. When a worker tried to stop her, she attacked him causing a "visibility damage” on his neck.
The natural police officers who arrived later arrested the woman, charged with burglary, and reckless driving.
The police later concluded that the drugs and alcohol was not a factor in this particular behavior. Wright reportedly told officers she was having a "bad day" and was upset because she was unable to get a new device while her old one was insured.
Note: Of course the above method is not recommended as it will be cheaper for you to buy a new device…
