The announcement came earlier this week when President Barack Obama had talks on ISIS in Hannover, Germany, where he met with world leaders introducing the new initiative in cyberspace, according to sources from the New York Times.

Each target's details include phone number, city, zip code codes, and individual photos. This data has been posted to the ISIS Telegram group by the United Cyber Caliphate group account.
The phrase "Wanted to be killed" is translated into English, Arabic, French, Spanish and Russian.
