Selfies can become very dangerous, especially if your country is in a war zone. If you are, of course, an active warrior, then getting selfies and hanging out on social networks is stupid.
This is what an ISIS soldier did, revealing his position from Twitter.
ISIS has several active social media accounts to advertise their "work", but also to recruit new members.
Of course this information is visible to everyone and especially to services of US intelligence that does nothing else (so to speak) than analyze them data which they collect, looking for leaks.
Selfies are a first-rate source of information and the US does not seem to have missed the opportunity to be missed since the selfie posted on Twitter revealed the position of the ISIS base.
After the tweet, in less than 22 hours, the US with an air raid destroyed completely the building from which it was sent.
"A publication in social media and bombs found the target at less than 24 hours," said US Air Force General Hawk Carlisle.
