Kanye West, the rapper who also listens to name Yeah, reached an agreement to buy Parler a “non platform of freedom of speech" that does not delete comments, both parties said in their statements, today Monday. They said it was a move that would help people express their conservative opinions freely.
As part of the deal, the financial terms of which were not disclosed, Parler agreed to sell West the company outright, but the social network will continue to receive technique support from Parlement Technologies. Parlement Technologies will continue to have access to the centre's private cloud services and infrastructure data.
The deal is expected to close this quarter. West, who has accused Meta and Twitter gia to of censoring him in recent weeks, said in a statement:
"In a world where conservative opinions are considered controversial, we need to make sure we have the right to express ourselves freely."
