The site was hacked by hackers who acquired company personal information, which is not a few. So at this point, 143 figures have been leaked to millions of Americans, half the country.
Kaspersky today released a press release with commentary by David Emm, Kaspersky Lab's chief security researcher.
We list it as follows:
"This is another case infringements that becomes popular long after the incident itself, which highlights the need for regulation. We hope that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will enter into force in May of 2018, will prompt businesses to take first steps to secure their customer data and secondly to inform ICO of the violations in time. The best way to combat digital assault organizations is to establish an effective digital security strategy before they are targeted.
