Kaspersky Lab and Scuderia Ferrari together for another five years

Kaspersky Lab has just announced the continuation of its sponsorship of Scuderia Ferrari's Formula 1 racing team. The new five-year agreement will be valid from 2017 to 2021.Scuderia Ferrari kaspersky lab

Eugene Kaspersky, President and CEO of Kaspersky Lab, said:

The cooperation between the two companies, which started in 2010, has been extended to date on an annual basis . In addition to sponsoring the Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 team, Kaspersky Lab has developed the department Kaspersky Motorsport, with the help of Ferrari.

Kaspersky Motorsport is responsible for all of Kaspersky Lab's motorsport activities - from entering the championships and supporting talented young drivers to delivering the vision of car safety.

From 2013, cooperation has expanded, with Ferrari to choose Kaspersky Lab to provide integrated and technologically advanced IT security solutions and measures. This technical cooperation is a new milestone in the relationship between the two companies.

From the iconic Maranello factory to the checkered flag on the tracks, the systems of Ferrari are protected by personalized security solutions from Kaspersky Lab.

Commenting on the renewal of the sponsorship agreement, Mr Moiseev, Managing of Kaspersky Lab, stated:
